Refund Policy

We always strive to provide prompt service, but sometimes a customer may need to return an item, cancel an order, or qualify for a refund. The following refund policy is intended to provide consumers with detailed information on when and how to return items. If you wish to receive a refund, you must read the Refund Policy and follow its instructions.

1. Return the order

Although we strive to satisfy every customer, returns are occasionally required. Customers have the following options to return their purchase to flystyle if they are not satisfied with it.

Merchandise must be returned, unopened, within 30 days of delivery.

This product is not custom made. Inquire via email at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding our product customization process.

2. Refund time

Deduct actual shipping costs from any refund, regardless of the amount the buyer paid for delivery. Refunds may take up to two or three business days in all cases.

3. Cancel order

If you choose to cancel your order, please email [email protected] to explain why.

Requests to cancel orders can be made over the phone or via email, but they won’t be handled until an email acknowledging the cancellation is received. Please receive a cancellation email if you would prefer to cancel over the phone.

Cancellations two hours in advance will not be charged. The $6.99 fee outlined in our shipping policy will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account two hours after you pay the transaction fee, any applicable restocking fees, and transport. The cost will be deducted from your account before that time.

4. This policy does not apply when

Goods obtained using promotional campaigns. The old days of bartering are over.

The product is not used properly, has lost labels or is exposed to, or rubbed against, hard enough objects, causing the product to be scratched or damaged.

5. Exceptions & Modifications

On an individual basis, make exceptions to certain aspects of the Refund Policy, but only to the extent that doing so would be more beneficial to the Customer and at flystyle’s sole discretion.

This will not invalidate or change any other provisions of the Refund Policy.

The Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to alter and clarify the Refund Policy to reflect new products and services. The return policy will have the most recent revision date at the top.
