Online purchase return and exchange policy

Both in-person and online purchases are eligible for returns. Online orders may be returned for a refund in-store or by placing a new order after the original item is returned. See How to Return an item online for further information.

Goods have normal prices.

Returns

Within 30 days of delivery, you can receive a merchandise credit on your eGift Card or a full refund. We will no longer accept returns after 30 days.

We take extra security measures to protect everyone, so it may take us a little longer than usual (25–30 days) to process your refund. We are grateful for your patience during this time.

Exchange

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We cannot provide online exchanges.

Return conditions

– A product is considered defective if it has technical problems and is delivered to the customer.

– Product description is incorrect: if the online description of the product is incorrect.

– If the color of the goods differs from the online description, it is incorrect.

– Wrong product quantity

– If the quantity of delivered products is different from the ordered quantity, you have the right to request a return and refund.

Important Information

Original shipping costs are not included in the cost of returning an item.
